Here's exactly what you'll get. No fluff. No filler. Just the system that works.
Install Drain Covers
Every bathroom and kitchen drain. This single step prevents 80% of cockroach entries from the municipal sewer system.
Seal Pipe Penetrations
Use silicone or expanding foam where pipes enter walls. Check under every sink, behind washing machines, and around boiler connections.
Apply Gel Bait – 4 Key Locations
Behind the fridge, under the sink, inside bathroom cabinets, around the boiler. Small dots – the size of a grain of rice.
Check Door Sweeps
Terrace doors, garden doors, entrance doors. A 3mm gap under a door is enough for a German cockroach. Install brush or rubber sweeps.
Kitchen Deep Clean
Pull out the fridge and cooker. Clean behind and under them. Remove grease buildup – cockroaches feed on it. Check under the microwave.
Secure Food Storage
Transfer open packets to sealed containers. Pet food bowls off the floor overnight. Compost bins sealed and emptied daily.
Bathroom Moisture Control
Run the extractor fan after every shower. Fix dripping taps. Oriental cockroaches are attracted to standing water. Use a dehumidifier if needed.
Exterior Perimeter Check
Walk the property exterior. Seal gaps around AC units, cable entries, and ventilation grilles. Clear leaf litter from foundation walls.
Terrace & Garden Treatment
Clear standing water from plant saucers. Move firewood away from the house. Check pool equipment rooms. Treat garden storage areas.
Place Monitoring Traps
Sticky traps near suspected entry points. Check weekly – they tell you if your prevention is working before you see a live cockroach.
Set the Seasonal Calendar
April: apply gel bait. June: check and refresh. August: mid-season top-up. October: final treatment. November: seal entry points while cockroaches are dormant.
